I deleted my eSIM and am trying to request a new one. However the app says it will send me a one time passcode - but I not receiving it - presumably as I have no text. Help!

You’ll need to contact our Live Chat team to get a replacement eSIM. They’ll do account verification and then send you the eSIM without the OTP. Alternatively, you can visit your local Currys store and pick up a replacement physical SIM card.
