I want to cancel my contact 

and requesting a pac code ???

The quickest and most straightforward way to request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) is to text the word "PAC" to 65075 from the mobile number you wish to keep.

    I’ve been texting 67075 and PAC and DOB as requested but it keeps texting back the same message and no code. Can anyone help please?
