santander one time passcode not received reprise

I can see I'm not the only one but nothing for a while regarding solutions.  I joined iD and set up new phone no problems except for santander app which santander says they are sending OTP but not received.  No blocks etc on phone.  Santander says network even though only santander as an issue. No progress so far on iD side either. I can see santander OTP are issues for other networks also.

 

Is there any solution I can progress as it's really frustrating.  TIA

If the issue is only with Santander it may be an issue on their end. 

Have you checked if the number is correct on their end and if a dialling code is required?

I’ve got exactly the same issue. Santander are adamant its not their end. I have previously received OTPs from Santander but now its not working. Is this is a system issue?
