hi i need some help my daughters phone when people try and ring her it comes up with a message server unavailable i have took the sim out and put it in my phone and it does the same ,its not all the time but its happening quite alot please advise,nano sim Samsung galaxy s25+ software android 16

I’m sorry to hear your daughter is experiencing this issue, especially as it’s happening frequently enough to cause missed calls.

As the problem occurs even when the SIM is placed in another handset, this suggests the issue may be related to the SIM or network service rather than the Samsung Galaxy S25+ itself.

Please try the following:

Restart the phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
Make sure VoLTE/4G Calling is enabled.
Turn Wi-Fi Calling off temporarily and test incoming calls again.
Perform a network settings reset on the handset.

As you've already tested the SIM in another phone and the issue followed the SIM, we'd also recommend contacting our Live Chat team to investigate further and potentially arrange a replacement SIM or raise a technical ticket.
