set activation
I just bought a brand new sim only deal and when I’ve put the sim in I can only see the ID logo and no bars of service , when I’ve gone into the app and inserted the number no code was sent to the phone help what do I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your new SIM-only plan up and running.
As you're only seeing the iD Mobile logo with no signal bars and aren't receiving the verification code, there may be an issue with the SIM activation or provisioning.
