I have just bought an iphone 17. My calls are being cut off within seconds of receiving them. Is it because I am using my old/original SIM card and maybe it’s not compatible with 5G?

Not sure I want to share my number with random people on this chat. How do I get anyone from customer service to contact me? does such a thing even exist with ID?

You can't use the Live chat and in the message box type in, To speak to someone. 9am to 6pm

I try many different things but still I can’t make call I need take to customer service please

Hi ​@mehran Jan,

 

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with your calls. Please try the steps below, depending on the type of phone you have:

 

For Android:

  • Open Settings
  • Tap General Management
  • Tap Reset
  • Select Reset network settings

 

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Phone
  • Tap My Number
  • Delete the old number
  • Enter the new/current number
  • Tap Save

Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Messages
  3. Turn iMessage OFF
  4. Go to Settings > General
  5. Tap Reset
  6. Choose Reset Network Settings
  7. Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
  8. Tap Messages
  9. Turn iMessage ON again

Your iPhone should now recognise the SIM and verify your number.
