I bought a sim and it was never delivered i can tfind the email and all I have is a screenshot of the summary I’ll attach it

I'm sorry to hear that your SIM hasn't been delivered.

As you can't locate the order email and only have a screenshot of the order summary, we'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team. They'll be able to locate the order, investigate what happened, and arrange a replacement if required.

Alternatively, if you’re needing one sooner, you may collect one at any Currys store free of charge, when you receive the SIM card, you must go online to activate it at www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim or you can get in contact with our customer service team to active the sim.
