My old number was activated on Tuesday but the new one  is still active. Every time I am sending texts or making calls ppl are confused because it's show the new number. Can you disactivat the new number please.

Hi, It's Samsung galaxy s25, but I was contacted with the customer service and they will send new sim card.

OK ​@Eweralda  please can you try the following:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap General management.
  3. Tap Reset.
  4. Select Reset Network Settings.
  5. Tap Reset settings.
  6. Enter your PIN, password, or pattern.
  7. Tap Reset to confirm.

Please note: Resetting network settings will erase saved Wi-Fi networks and VPN settings. After the reset, you will need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords and configure any other network settings as needed. This will not delete any of your personal data like contacts, photos, or apps.
