Please try the following:

• Restart your phone.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
• Remove your SIM card, check that it's seated correctly, and reinsert it.
• Check that Mobile Data is enabled and Network Selection is set to Automatic.
• Make sure your phone's software is fully up to date.
• Perform a network settings reset.
• If possible, try your SIM in another compatible handset, or try another SIM in your phone to help identify whether the issue is with the SIM or the device.

If you're still showing No Service after trying the above, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can run further checks on your line and arrange a replacement SIM if needed.
