sim card

Hi I've lost my sim card when I was putting it in another phone

    I'm sorry to hear you've lost your SIM card.

     

    Don't worry, you have a couple of options:

    • Contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat to request a replacement SIM.
    • Alternatively, you can collect a replacement SIM free of charge from any Currys store.

     

    Once you have your replacement SIM, you'll need to activate it by visiting: www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim

     

    Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team and they'll be happy to activate the SIM for you.

     

    We hope you're back up and running as soon as possible.
