I lost my phone and reported it, ive just ordered an upgrade. will i get a new SIM card with the new phone?

As you've previously reported the phone as lost and have now ordered an upgrade, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat to check whether a new SIM card has been included with the order and whether any restrictions remain on your account.
