I have recently got a contract with ID mobile via carphone, they were supposed to send a physical sim card. But I didn't recieve it. But I am getting charged from the 18/09.

I really need to be connected as I commute 2 hrs a day with my uni. I have a pac code with 02 can I send that over and I can use the same sim card and phone number?

I’m really sorry to hear that you still haven’t received your physical SIM, especially as you’ve already started being charged for the plan.

Please contact our Live Chat team so they can check the order and arrange a replacement SIM card for your existing plan: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

We’d recommend getting your iD Mobile SIM received and working first. Once this is sorted, you can then use your O2 PAC code to transfer your existing number over to your iD Mobile plan.
