I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your SIM being blocked. I know that can be really frustrating. I’ll help you get this sorted.
 

If your SIM is asking for a PUK code, it usually means the PIN was entered incorrectly too many times. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Log in to your iD Mobile account (app or website)
    Go to My Account > My SIM / Device
    Your PUK code should be displayed there

    2. Enter the PUK code carefully
    You’ll be prompted to enter a new PIN after
    Be careful: entering the wrong PUK too many times can permanently block the SIM

    3. If you can’t log in
    Contact us on 0800 049 1300 from another phone
    We’ll verify your account and provide the PUK code
