I have just taken delivery of a Samsung S25fe and was transferring all my data from my Samsung S20fe.
When I moved the Sim card to the S25fe it followed up with some security questions and asked me to insert my pin but I had forgotten it and my phone is now Sim-locked with a display asking me to insert my PUK, which I don't know.
