Sim card issue

ID Mobile have delivered the wrong sim card/mobile number which is different from the welcome email. Problem is my number is transferring on Tuesday based on the number from the welcome email. I need to stop this as someone else is going to get my number which I have had for over 30 years. the online chats are rubbish and cant understand what I am asking and there is no customer service number
