SIM card for number above is not working we have taken it out cleaned it not working. We’ve taken it out placed it in another device not working. What do I do now

I reported this SIM card not working. You was meant to send a replacement as I have been still paying the extortionate bill even though I cannot use it where is my SIM card? Why have you not sent it out? Can I have a refund for last month’s bill seems of you not doing your job

I'm sorry to hear that you're still without a working SIM and that you're understandably frustrated, especially if you've continued paying for the service while unable to use it.

Unfortunately, we're unable to review SIM replacement orders, billing, or refund requests from the Community, so this isn't something we can investigate here.

We'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can:

Check whether a replacement SIM was ordered and dispatched.
Confirm the status of the replacement.
Review the account history.
Discuss any refund or credit requests relating to the period you were unable to use the service.
