I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your SIM card I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after already having your phone checked and confirmed as working.

 

To get you back up and running as quickly as possible, you have a couple of options:

 

1. Collect a replacement SIM (fastest option)

You can visit your nearest Currys store and collect a replacement SIM free of charge.

 

2. Request a SIM to be posted out

If you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent to you via:

Please note, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
