Hi @Saty,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your SIM card I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after already having your phone checked and confirmed as working.

To get you back up and running as quickly as possible, you have a couple of options:

1. Collect a replacement SIM (fastest option)

You can visit your nearest Currys store and collect a replacement SIM free of charge.

2. Request a SIM to be posted out

If you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent to you via:

Live Chat: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/idmobile
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/idmobileuk/

Please note, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Once you receive the SIM, it will require activation. You can do this via the iD Mobile app. If you do not have access to the app, you will need to contact us through one of the channels above so we can activate it for you.

Hi would like to collect new sim card

Hi @MikiMilan31,

Thanks for getting in touch.

If you need a new SIM card, you have two options:

• Visit any store and collect a free iD Mobile SIM card.
• Contact our Live Chat team and they can arrange for a SIM card to be sent out to you.

Once you have the new SIM, you'll be able to follow the activation instructions provided or the team can help you get it set up.
