    Hi @Exup,

    Thank you for your message.

If you have started a brand-new iD Mobile contract with an eSIM, unfortunately we are unable to transfer your existing iD Mobile number from another iD Mobile account onto that new contract, as iD Mobile does not support internal number transfers between iD Mobile accounts.

The best way to keep your existing iD Mobile number is to upgrade the original iD Mobile contract. When you upgrade, your mobile number automatically remains the same and can be used on your new SIM or eSIM.

If you have already taken out a new contract and wish to keep your old number, please let us know whether you are still within any cooling-off period on the new agreement so we can advise you on the options available.

Thank you for you help, both my contacts are 30 day rolling my new e sim contacts I have not done the download and activated it yet, could I not request a PAC before I end my old contract? Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi @Exup.

    Thank you for your post.

You can request a PAC code before you end your contract, but please be aware that as soon as the PAC code is used, your iD Mobile account will be disconnected.

To request one, please contact us directly through our live chat: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita

Hi all thankyou for you help , I've been told that ID don't do internal transfers of numbers on the same email so I've ended my new account without activation or download of the e sim, I am still with ID and intend to stay but I've been hit with a final bill for a sim I haven't used. How can thus happen.

    Hi @Exup,

I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the final bill.

A final bill can be generated if the new plan has been disconnected outside of the correct returns process, or if the cancellation was processed once the applicable returns period had already ended. This can happen even if the eSIM was never downloaded or used.

If the new plan hasn’t yet been fully disconnected, we’d recommend contacting the point of sale where you originally took out the plan so they can review the cancellation and return with you.

If the plan has already been fully disconnected, please let us know and we can advise you on the next steps.

    Regards,
