    Hi @Whiteclouds,

Thank you for getting in touch. I understand that you’ve purchased a new iPad that only supports eSIM and would like to move one of your existing iD Mobile SIMs to an eSIM.

You can request an eSIM through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

    1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
    2. Select Services.
    3. Select the relevant mobile number.
    4. Select SIM or Replace SIM.
    5. Choose the option to replace your physical SIM with an eSIM and follow the on-screen instructions.
    6. Once the eSIM has been issued, follow the instructions provided to download and install it on your iPad.

Please be aware that while our eSIMs may work with iPads, they have not been specifically tested or officially validated on all iPad models. As a result, there is a possibility that the eSIM may not work as expected on your iPad. This is also covered within our Terms and Conditions, where compatibility with devices that have not been tested with our eSIM service cannot be guaranteed.

We hope this helps, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
