SIM contract

I want to find out when my 12 month sim contract is ending

    Hi ​@Bhuddy21,

     

    You can check when your contract ends through the iD Mobile app or your online account.

    1. Sign in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
    2. Go to Account.
    3. Select Plan Details.
    4. Your minimum term end date and upgrade eligibility date should be displayed there.
