Log in and check current ACCOUNT STATUS.

Thank you. I can't see Account Status when I log in but I did notice it's only listing my phone, not my son's. When I try to access details for his number it won't let me in until I've input a code they're sending by text to his phone. But as his sim isn't working, he's not receiving texts. It won't give me an option of sending the code to my email instead, which would be helpful.

Any thoughts?

@Tanya Lovett  You best bet is to contact IDMobile via Live Chat https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

In the message box type in Speak to someone or a person. By doing so an agent from IDMobile will get back to you. Hereby you can then explain your issue if your son's number is not in your own account you want be able to deal with the matter, and your son will have to deal with the matter himself.

Thank you. His sim has started working again. He said he wondered whether it was because he had updated his android hardware.

Anyway, whatever, all is good now. Although it is good to know how to contact an agent for the future!

Thank you
