Sim doesnt work how can i get actual help

Hi I have opened uo another plan on the same email address with a new number and the Sim does not work. Can get internet but no calls or texts. How can I speak to someone to help me??

    Have you tried the SIM card in another phone and see if it works or have the same issue?
