My daughter is in Thailamd. She bought a sim card to use there but when she puts her Id mobile sim back in it is saying no sim card . Help please as she needs to access her banking

Thank you for reaching out. I do apologise that your daughter does not have access to the SIM. The SIM is most likely damaged which is why it is not showing. What I can advise is that the account holder should contact live chat and request for eSIM. Live Chat Support | iD Mobile Network
