Ive just uograded and my sim isnt working just keeps says emergency calls only ? Ive tried everytbibg and nothing is working

We’re sorry to hear that your SIM is only showing “Emergency Calls Only” after upgrading.

 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart the handset completely
  • Remove the SIM card carefully
  • Gently wipe the SIM with a soft dry cloth
  • Reinsert the SIM securely and restart the handset again

Please also try:

  • Turning Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
  • Ensuring the handset software is fully updated
  • Manually selecting the network:
    • Settings
    • Mobile Network / Network Selection
    • Turn Automatic OFF
    • Select iD/Three manually
    • Then switch Automatic back ON

If possible, please also:

  • Test the SIM in another handset
  • Test another SIM in your handset to check whether the issue follows the SIM or the device
