SIM not working in only one phone - phone is ok - other ID Mobile SIM works

Hi.I need to sort out issue with my ederly mothers phone.  She has ID Mobile SIM in current phone working ok and which works ok in other phones we've tried except just one - a Samsung Galaxy A6 that we want to use (its slightly older but smaller and lighter).
Network settings show it is connected to ID Mobile but it won't make or receive calls or SMS (at one point it was doing texts but not calls). Other SIMs work ok in the A6 including my wifes ID Mobile SIM 

Could this be some settings at your end or could you sent a new SIM?

Hi ​@tony lamb, I apologise that your sim is not working. I am able to send you a replacement sim card which will arrive within 2-3 working days. Alternatively, you are able to get a free replacement sim card at any Curry's store. We also have an option for an e-SIM card. Please confirm which option you prefer?

Hi. Thanks for the information on how to get a replacement SIM.  I ask do I need one? do you think getting a new one might fix the problem? Is it worth a try anyway?
