sim not working in phone only says id wifi call

Hi my sim has come for my phone and the phone itself I have decided to use a different phone which is unlocked to any network but the service isn't working it only says ID WiFi call please help, Thanks Josh

I do apologise that you are facing this issue. Can you please confirm if the SIM works in a different handset and only not on the new handset?

Hi the SIM card does not work when put in another device

Hi. I’ve updated my mobile from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 13 because I want to upgrade to 5g. When I put the sim into the new phone it didn’t work, a friend put their sim into my new phone and it worked so for the time being, I put my sim back into my old phone but it doesn’t work in that one either now and I need my phone for my business, can you help?

Could you please confirm where the previous handset was purchased from? This will help us determine whether the device may be network locked.

 

If the handset was supplied by another provider, it’s possible it may not be unlocked, which could affect compatibility with your iD Mobile SIM.

 

Once you’ve confirmed this, we’ll be able to guide you further.
