    Hi @Amzy88

This sounds like a scam call!

NEVER, EVER share a OTP with anyone else! These are ONLY ever for you to use to confirm your identity with regards to your account.

Your best option now is to contact an advisor via Live Chat  to ensure that your account is still secure (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

     https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

In the future PLEASE be cautious of any unsolicited contact and never give them ANY information.
NOTHING bad will happen (with any company) if you tell them you need to confirm details and if they try to use aggressive or manipulative tactics to force you into a quick decision then you should DEFINITELY stop the conversation there and then.
NEVER use links in an email unless it’s from a trusted source.

I hope you get this sorted!

    Good luck x

    Hi @Amzy88,

Thank you @Decembersangel72 for sharing those helpful tips and for looking out for other members of the Community.

Given what has happened, we’d strongly recommend changing your iD Mobile account password as a precaution.

Please also contact our Live Chat team so they can check your account and ensure that everything remains secure: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

If you receive any unexpected calls in future, please avoid sharing passwords, security codes or personal information until you’re satisfied that you’re speaking with a genuine representative.

    Regards,
