I want to change my phone contract to Sim only plan is my contract approaching its end date now or not

📅 Checking your contract end date

You can check how long is left on your contract by:

  • Logging into your iD Mobile account
  • Going to “My Account” → “Plan & Contract”
  • There you’ll see your minimum term end date and upgrade eligibility

You can also view this in the iD Mobile app under your plan details.

 

🔄 Switching to SIM only

You’ll be able to move to a SIM only plan within 24 days of your contract end date. Before that point, your account won’t yet be eligible to complete the switch.

 

Once you are eligible, you’ll be able to:

  • View available SIM only deals in your account
  • Upgrade directly online or via the app
  • Or speak to our Sales Team for help choosing a plan

📌 Just to note

If you’re still within your minimum term, you won’t be able to switch early without any applicable early termination charges, but you can still view your future upgrade options in advance.
