Sim plan deactivation

Hi,

I ordered for a new phone and received it yesterday 25/09/26. The device came with a new sim and I do not want to change my number. I want to maintain my old number which is {REMOVED} and would not need a new sim. Kindly guide me on how to remove the sim plan from the phone deal. Thanks.

Could you please confirm whether the number you’d like to keep is currently with another network provider, or whether it was already on an existing iD Mobile plan before you placed this new order?

Once we know this, we can advise you on the correct process for keeping your existing number.
