sim problem

My daughter is travelling in Asia. She bought a temporary sim card out there but when she tried to put her own sim back in its showing no sim. I tried to request an esim as there is nowhere to send the physical sim to but it wants to send a code to her phone to verify but obviously she can't receive it as her physical sim doesn't work. Any help appreciated 🙏

To get this resolved, we’d recommend contacting our Live Chat support team, who will be able to assist further with the SIM and eSIM options and help verify the account using alternative security checks. They’re best placed to look at this in real time and guide you through the next steps.

 

Once connected, please explain that the physical SIM is not being recognised and that your daughter is currently abroad and unable to receive verification texts.
