Sim recognised in new iphone 17 but calls, texts and data not working

Hi, I have recently upgraded to an iphone 17. To start with my sim card wasn’t recognised at all when moved over to the new phone. Now it is recognised but calls, texts and data are not working anywhere. Wifi is working fine and all apps are working ok too as Wifi is working well on the phone.  But, not even Wifi call assist or Wifi Calling is letting me make calls or send imessges.

I have tried so many fixes, read so many ID Community threads/topics but nothing is fixing it. Please help? Thanks very much.
