Sim still not activated after time

I have switched to ID and waiting for sim to activate as have switched numbet via PAC. Its passed the activation time and tried tirning on and off, adjudting sim and airplane mode and still not working

    As the activation time has now passed and the SIM is still not working, this will need to be checked on your account.
