sim suddenly stopped working

My SIM suddenly stopped working. I am on contract and now has no signal or internet, my Bill is paid, I have tried airplane mode and phone on and off, the app is showing no issues

I am sorry to hear your SIM has suddenly stopped working.

 

Could you try a couple of things to help figure out what’s going on?

Check your coverage here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage
Reinsert your SIM or pop it into another phone

 

This will show whether the issue is with the phone or the SIM itself.
