SIM switched off by mistake how to activate withput the. qr code

Hello,

I am currently abroad, in Poland and my ID mobile data stopped working. While checking the settings I accidently switched off my SIM card. How do I activate it since I don't have an access a requested QR code

I’m really sorry you’re having trouble while you’re abroad, I can completely understand how stressful that must be, especially when you’re relying on your data in Poland.

Don’t worry, switching the SIM off in your phone settings does not deactivate your SIM on the network, so your service should still be active on our side.

Please try the following steps:

• Go to your phone’s SIM settings and switch the SIM back ON
• Restart your phone fully
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off again
• Make sure Data Roaming is switched ON in your mobile network settings
• Manually select a local network (try each available one if needed)

As you’re using an eSIM/QR code is not needed just to re-enable it on your device, that would only be required if you were reinstalling the eSIM profile.
