our sims don’t work properly, in sim management, calls and text sim 1 is faded out, only mobile data is working. there is only 1 sim in slot 1, my phone says sim 1 ID and my number, my partners phone just says sim 1 unknown number, we have tried all google help, restarting, re setting etc including adding an access point, none of this has helped, we are both on samsung S 23 and S24. do we need new sims? both phones are from ID. ppleas please reply as this is the 2d time i have posted about this
