standard set up for voicemail dont work

Hi all,

I have followed the instructions and dialled 123 and then get an automated prompt to call using my phone which I'm doing to set up my voicemail stuck here as I can't now set up.my voicemail your feedback is  appreciated thanks I advance

Try pressing the “1” key in, until you hear v/mail responding.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. If you’re hearing a message asking you to call from your phone when you dial 123, this usually means voicemail hasn’t fully activated on the line yet.

Please try the following:

Restart your phone and then dial 123 again directly from the handset.

Make sure Wi-Fi Calling is turned off while you’re trying to set up voicemail.

If your SIM was activated recently, voicemail can take up to 24 hours to become available.
