Sorry but I am still unable to receive sms from abroad. I have contacted support but they keep contacting me on working hours and when I found a time to be contacted when not working like this Sunday at 12 pm, they fail to call. Will I ever get the help to sort the problem?

The number is definitely correct they have been texting me for years before I switched and one number is connected to my international digital id which I need to access to… I tried with chat page but it didn’t help…also, if a customer service say that they will call but they do not…how can they be taken seriously?

Can I point out something else? I work with very dangerous, challenging individuals and I mentioned several times that i cannot answer the phone during working hours so why does id mobile keeps calling me during working hours and does not call when i told them i can answer (like last Sunday at 12? I keot the phone on all day waiting for the call)?
