As the OTP messages are being sent by your Greek bank, we'd recommend contacting them directly to investigate.

If you've been receiving these codes previously and they've suddenly stopped arriving, the bank will be best placed to check:

• Whether the messages are being sent successfully.
• If there have been any changes to your registered phone number.
• Whether there are any security restrictions on the account.

It may also be worth checking that:

• You can receive regular SMS messages from other numbers.
• Your phone hasn't blocked the bank's sender by mistake.
• Your device software is up to date.

If you're only having problems receiving messages from the bank and all other texts are arriving normally, this would point to the bank being the best place to investigate further.
