switch dates grayed out

when i try to switch to my old number all the dates are grayed out can someone please help

Hi @ttt0000.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this.

Kindly note that number transfers do not process on bank holidays, public holidays or over the weekend, that is probably the dates greyed out on the calendar when you are trying to choose a date.

Another one of the reasons this happens is if your PAC is due to expire soon. Please request a new PAC and then try again! Here’s more information.
