switch dates grayed out when i try to get my old pac number

when i try to switch to my old number all the dates are grayed out can someone please help

Hi @zachgibson01 ,

One of the reasons this happens is if your PAC is due to expire soon. Please request a new PAC and then try again! Here’s more information.
