How to switch number, I have pac code

For more information on switching to iD Mobile please follow this link: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/switch

If you’re already purchased your iD Mobile Plan you can switch:

  1. In the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk – Log in and select “Switch to iD” on your Plan screen.
  2. Provide us your PAC and the number you want to keep.
  3. Choose your switch date using the calendar and sit back – we'll handle the rest. Switching is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 10pm, excluding Bank Holidays. The calendar will automatically show you the next available date.

 

Please note: Switching isn’t available on Good Friday (3rd April 2026), Easter
Monday (6th April 2026), and Early May Bank Holiday (4th May 2026).
