Hi, I currently have an iD Mobile contract that ends on 14 November, and I have also taken out a new iD Mobile contract, which is already active with a temporary number.

Is it possible to transfer my existing number to my new contract, even though both contracts are with iD Mobile? If so, how can I do that?

Hi @AliMoty,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer your existing iD Mobile number directly onto another iD Mobile contract. iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile plans.

If you'd like to keep your existing number, we'd recommend allowing the new contract to be returned and then upgrading your existing contract correctly instead.
