I have recently upgraded my phone and want to transfer my eSIM however I cannot as it won’t let me. I don’t want to change anything except my eSIM move to a different phone,

Kindly be advised that if the eSIM QR code was already activated, it cannot be transferred to a different handset and you’d need a new eSIM QR code to activate it on the new handset. 

 

To request a new eSIM QR code on the App: 

 

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
  2. Go to the “My Account” or “Services” section.
  3. Select “SIM” or “Replace SIM”.
  4. Choose “Switch to eSIM” or “Request new eSIM”.
  5. Follow the on‑screen instructions to confirm your request.
  6. Your new eSIM QR code will be provided in the app or sent to your registered email.

 

To request a new eSIM QR code on the website: 

 

  1. Visit the iD Mobile website and log in to your account.
  2. Go to “My Account”.
  3. Navigate to “SIM / Device” or “Replace SIM”.
  4. Select “Get an eSIM” or “Request replacement eSIM”.
  5. Confirm your request.
  6. Your new QR code will be displayed on screen or emailed to you.
