Question

Switch phone number did not happen

My phone number  from O2 was scheduled to switch for yesterday but nothing happened. How can I find out what is happening

    I also moved from o2 yesterday, I can make calls and texts and the correct number is showing when I call people but they can’t call or text me.

    try resetting network settings and turning phone off and on again?

    Thank you. Funnily enough just had an email from ID mobile to say the switch is happening today.
