I’d like to switch my physical sim to an e sim and put it on my new phone

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Kindly note that you can request for an eSim on your iD Mobile App. 

 

Steps to Request an iD Mobile eSIM:

  1. Open the App: Log in to the iD Mobile app.
  2. Go to Plan: Tap on the 'Plan' tab, then select 'SIM & Phone Management'.
  3. Request eSIM: Select 'Request a replacement SIM or eSIM', followed by 'Get a replacement eSIM'.
  4. Confirm Details: Verify your billing email and select 'Yes, I want a new eSIM'.
  5. Activate: Scan the QR code sent to your email to install the eSIM (requires internet connection)
