Switch to ID form could not be submitted it shows Oops something went wrong

Hi,

I recently purchased a new contract and am attempting to complete the "Switch to iD" form. However, each time I try to submit it, I receive the error message: "Oops something went wrong, Try again later."

I have double-checked that all my details are correct and have attempted the submission multiple times without success.

Could someone please look into this and assist me?
