  • Ported old number from O2 to iD Mobile, physical sim
    - Cannot receive texts or calls to my number since the switch (Quite serious when I cant get any verification texts come through)
    - Still have service on my old phone with old sim attached
    - Yes I have read and gone through EACH of the community articles and completed every last step
    - Number will also not activate on iMessage
    - I am able to use 5G on iD Mobile, and I am able to use 3G on my O2 sim.
    Need a fix asap.

@maxk123  Did you receive a date for you port to begin from IDMobile, plus did you receive confirmation your port has been completed by IDMobile?

Since you number is still active on O2 I'm lead to believe the porting had not began. Just to be on the safe side request a PAC code from O2 again as these are only valid for 30 days from time of issue. Log in to your ID Mobile account via Web browser or IDMobile app and add your details, Go to Plan and then Switch to ID. If I remember correctly there should be dates to pick from to start your Port.

Yeah so my date of switch was the 21/11/25, I received notification on that day that it switched it iD Mobile and my account with O2 was disconnected. Unfortunately I don't think the port was completed successfully and somethings gone wrong in the process

@maxk123  On no account post and personal information in the forum unless instructed by staff members. This would be via a DM/ PAM direct message or Private message.

I've passed on your post to staff members.

Hope you get this resolved soon.

@maxk123 -

Hi. It looks like a request to leave iD was made yesterday, 25th November and the SIM is now on Pay As You Go. Can you confirm that’s the case? Thanks.
