Please can anyone help. Is it normal for the switch to allow you to send texts but not yet receive them. I have just switched and changed my number over to this network. It is now 3 hours since the switch. Is this expected. Thank you.

Hi @ANDY2025When switching over to us and the transfer is complete you would receive a text message from us advising this.Please ensure that the number is displayed correctly in the handset settings as this might have the temporary number still there.Please remove all other sim and only have the iD mobile one in the handset.Thanks,Hosai
