switched sim now cant get data

My old phones screen broke, so I switched to a new one. However the old phone is still on and I can’t turn it off because screen doesnt let me and the 4g for that is on. I cannot get 4g now on my new phone after putting SIM card from old phone in. What to do?

    Use the physical POWER button and hold in to turn off; simples😊
