Switched to ID, mobile now using 'Travel' line and can;t make calls

I’ve recently switched from Sky to ID, porting my old number across. My switch happened today and all looks ok, except for the fact that when I look at the primary mobile service provider details on my iPhone (settings- mobile service - primary), it’s saying I have No Sim, and the line it’s now using is called ‘Travel’.

If I try to make  a call, the message says ‘last line no longer available. Do you want to call using your remaining line?’.

Any help appreciated! Thanks

Hey @JoTez,

Sounds like both your Sky SIM or eSIM and iD Mobile SIM or eSIM are in the phone, so it’s trying to use them as Dual SIM. Please remove the Sky SIM or delete the Sky eSIM from your phone.

Thanks.
